During our initial estimate there was no attempt at up selling or scare tactics to get us to do additional work. Michael was very honest and even let us know our crawl space was in good condition and didn't necessarily need all of the work we initially thought. Amazing company and people!"

"From start to finish the process was smooth. Communication was phenomenal. Michael, the owner, was prompt in getting out estimates for the work we wanted done. His wife, Stefanie was a huge help with additional questions. Their crew was polite, kept in contact with me, and made sure to prep the area into the crawlspace. "Michael and his team did a thorough, fantastic, and professional job. Our crawl space was in awful condition. The previous owner installed a sump pump that would not work properly due to its location. Our crawl space contained water, smelled musty and was very difficult to walk around to check on the plumbing. Thanks to Northwest Crawl Space Repair our problems are no more. They placed a vapor barrier,.total encapsulation , and located the sump pump to lthe lowest spot in the crawl space. Drain tiles were placed around the perimeter of the crawl space. It is so dry and clean now, we could use it for extra storage. They also are willing to answer any questions you may have along the way. Thank you Michael , Stephanie and your team!"

"Excellent work done on my 17' x 20' sand crawl space. Had drainage, well, sump pump, and dehumidifier installed along with encapsulation. Definitely could tell the next day the mustiness smell was gone. Michael and Stephanie were great and the workers Rob and Jose did a great job. Very impressed and highly recommended. Our crawlspace wasn't horrible before but I would be comfortable having surgery in there now. They remediated the mold and installed a dehumidifier after some insulation and encapsulation. "Just moved into a home I bought in January of this year. Didn't know to much about crawl spaces but knew enough that my home needed some work. Called Northwest Crawl Space Repair . Micheal came out for the inspection and was really great. Found leaking plumbing that the inspector missed. He educated me on all the aspects of crawl spaces. Micheal and his wife Stephanie were both great to work with. Took time to explain everything and made me comfortable talking to them. They are truly caring people. I live in the South Haven area of Indiana and we have a high water table here. Which means a good chance of having water in the crawl space. "Northwest Crawl Space Repair did an amazing job on our crawlspace. They came out soon after we called them about some mold we noticed on some of the floor joist. They were very knowledgeable and explained the whole process of what they were going to do solve our issue. Their prices were very reasonable for the high quality work we got! They communicated great from start to finish, they answered all of our calls even after hours and on the weekends! We truly appreciated that! Their team was great, they were on time, did exactly what they said they were going to do. They cleaned up everything very well and even put down plastic on the floors of our house so as they walked in and out it stayed clean! We were impressed!
